Methodology

The site separates longer analysis from shorter briefings. Each piece works from primary sources, including government statements, consultations, filings, and designation lists, and develops a clear argument from the evidence.

AI tools assist with initial research and drafting on longer pieces. Every piece is then rewritten, fact-checked against primary sources, and edited before publication, nothing goes live without that review. AI isn't going away, and pretending otherwise helps no one; what matters is the choices made about how it's used, and this site is one example of using it deliberately and transparently rather than hiding it.
